Our Safeguarding Policy Framework

The following policies guide all Nurturebox Edu operations, staff conduct and service delivery.

1. Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy

Nurturebox Edu Ltd places the safety and welfare of children at the centre of all operations.

We are committed to:

  • Providing a safe and respectful online learning environment
  • Preventing harm, abuse, neglect and exploitation
  • Responding promptly to safeguarding concerns
  • Ensuring staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities

Key safeguarding practices include:

  • Tutor screening and professional vetting
  • Safeguarding awareness training
  • Recorded learning sessions for quality and safety monitoring
  • Clear reporting procedures for concerns
  • Parent communication and transparency

Any safeguarding concern is treated seriously and handled in accordance with safeguarding best practice procedures.

2. Whistleblowing Policy

Nurturebox Edu encourages a culture of honesty, transparency and accountability.

Staff, tutors, parents and stakeholders may raise concerns regarding:

  • Unsafe practices
  • Professional misconduct
  • Safeguarding issues
  • Ethical violations
  • Breaches of company policy

Individuals can report concerns confidentially without fear of retaliation. All reports are handled objectively and investigated fairly and appropriately.

3. Data Protection Policy

4. Complaints Policy

All staff and tutors must uphold professional standards when representing Nurturebox Edu.

Expected professional behaviour includes:

  • Punctuality and preparedness for sessions
  • Academic honesty and fairness
  • Cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness
  • Avoidance of conflicts of interest

Learners are also encouraged to demonstrate respectful participation and responsible behaviour during sessions.
